Indie-artist Nieve Ella has released her new electrifying EP titled ‘Watch It Ache And Bleed’, which is a must-listen for fans of the likes of Inhaler, Dylan and Alessi Rose, with similar personal storytelling features, along with strong instrumentals paired with prominent vocals.

The 21-year-old singer/songwriter introduces us to the EP with the fragile ‘Anything’. This track serves as a striking opener to the EP, delving into Nieve’s vulnerability right from the start. The instrumentals complement the vocals seamlessly, creating an emotional depth.

SUGARCOATED

The narrative continues in the single released back in June – Sugarcoated. It deepens the exploration of vulnerability and Nieve’s imposter syndrome, while seamlessly contrasting these themes with a rocky, upbeat tune.

Misunderstood, feeling so lost in a world full of people
I’m sugarcoated”

Ganni Top (She Gets What She Needs) was a highlight of summer- before it was even released. Nieve has been teasing this song since May and finally released the fan-favourite in September. The song perfectly encapsulates female rage and it is great screaming it live. 

To bring the album to a fitting conclusion, Nieve ends the EP with “Meet You In The Middle.” The track features a stunning outro, featuring Finn Marlow’s intricate guitar playing which perfectly caps off this beautiful collection of music.

Nieve will be touring the UK during March 2025 to promote the album on tour as well as having recently supported the likes of Girl in Red, Inhaler and The Courteeners on their tours. You can view her tour dates here.
