Multi-talented Alfie Templeman returns with his new album Radiosoul, following the release of his debut album Mellow Moon in 2022. Radiosoul explores many blends of different styles and genres as Templeman grows as a singer and songwriter. Radiosoul has been widely lauded and features a collaboration with musical legend Nile Rodgers on Just A Dance. 

Album opener, and title track from the album, Radiosoul, is an upbeat tune and sets the perfect impression for the rest of the album. It is a song that explores the growing impact of social media and isolating yourself from reality. The tune was written in summer of 2022, following the release of Mellow Moon and it carries hints from that album, making it a perfect start to his new album.

The first single released by the youthful singer-songwriter in February, Eyes Wide Shut; also carries a significant message about being overwhelmed. The groovy beat juxtaposes the meaning behind the song, as well as the juxtaposition in the title Eyes Wide Shut. Templeman invites his listeners to explore his world through his creative lyricism and see things from a different perspective.

Run To Tomorrow is a calmer and more reflective tune on the album and the closing track. Gentle strumming blended with Templeman’s beautiful vocals and lyricism create the perfect outro to his sophomore album.

Alfie Templeman has made his return after a long 2 years. Templeman’s latest work showcases his development as a musician and songwriter. Radiosoul is sure to be his best piece of work so far and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this young star.
