On the back of the latest album, Planet Nowhere (album review here), Razorlight have been out and about, packing the clubs (including a couple of record shop instores).

After reuniting in 2021 with the original lineup of Johnny Borrell (vocals/guitar), Bjorn Agren (guitar), Carl Dalemo (bass) and Andy Burrows (drums), Razorlight are back at a packed Band On The Wall. The fiercely loyal supporters eagerly await Johnny and coโ€™s arrival onstage and are not disappointed as the boys come out and immediately belt out Rip It Up, from their debut album Up All Night.ย ย ย

What follows is a night of nostalgic hit after hit from their earlier albums, including Golden Touch, In The City and Before I Fall To Pieces, which have the crowd singing and bouncing along with the band.ย  Having acknowledged their legacy and thrilled with some hits, the eye is clearly on the present as majority of tracks from new album Planet Nowhere are also played; Zombie Love, Taylor Swift Equals US Propaganda and Dirty Luck are all received well by the crowd.ย ย ย

Shouts for an encore are followed up by the band with another new song Goodnight, before the final track of the evening America.ย  It is safe to say Razorlight have blown the roof off Band On The Wall tonight and fans leave in a buzz.ย ย ย Welcome back!
