Kate Rusby Worldwide Streamed Album Concert
10th April 2021, 7.30pm BST
The first full play through of her highly acclaimed album Hand Me Down

The delightful album of cover versions appeared in 202 – a lockdown project cum labour of love of sorts – and was an immediate hit. Keeping the kettle boiling with a Xmas live stream (our review here) in the absence of the annual seasonal tour, Kate now brings to the stage, for the first time, a full-album play through.
Hand Me Down (our review here) her highest-charting album to date. This unique, globally streamed concert will be available on demand until 22nd of May which would have been the last day of Kate’s Spring Tour.
Recorded in lockdown 2020, Hand Me Down is a collection of Kate’s favourite songs. It contains her version of songs by artists ranging from The Cure to Taylor Swift. It debuted in the Official Album Charts at #12 (#3 in the CD album chart and #4 in the Independent release chart). The vinyl version was released on 15th January 2021.
The album features Kate’s version of Manic Monday which climbed to the Radio 2 A list.
